Cristine Reyes grabbed the crown with 382,819 votes, a 100,000 votes lead for the Eva Fonda star. Angel Locsin came in at no. 3 with 266,233 votes, Katrina Halili is at no. 4 with 238,558 votes and Iwa Moto is sizzling in the no. 5 spot.
