Boracay Beach Houses is “ A perfect home away from home!”

Two of our beach houses are given very Filipino names, Mactan House and Anito House. The other one is called Slate House. Built using indigenous and imported construction material, they have an architecture that is both modern and tropical, which blends well with the local scenery.

The carefully designed rooms were appointed different themes. Each room comes with a set of designer furniture, high-end European bathroom fixtures and lights, and a wide collection of artworks from local and international artists, making each room unique and an exciting place to stay in.

Location: located directly on the white beach under Sitio Angol, Barangay Manoc Manoc in the Southern end of Boracay Island. It is in beside the Sundown Restaurant.

MACTAN HOUSE –

*MyRoom – Balcony Vista

Capacity: 3 pax ( Includes breakfast for 3 )

A second-floor room that is slightly larger than the individual rooms downstairs. The living area opens out into the veranda, which offers a wonderful view of the garden, sand and sea. You can have breakfast on the veranda or watch a magical sunset from there. Amenities include a bathroom and toilet, mini bar, safety deposit box, LCD or plasma TVs, hi-fi DVD surround systems, super silent split-type air conditioning, LAN and WIFI internet access, maid service, and backup generator. There is a new modern built-in kitchen at the back of the houses.

*Jolliver / Wave Song – (2-room apartment) – Beach Front Apartments

Capacity: 4 pax

These two bedroom apartments are connected by a double door that can be closed on either side. Both rooms have their own entrance, which opens out directly to the beach. These rooms are perfect for families with children or for two couples. You can rent the entire floor or select only one room. Amenities include a bathroom and toilet, mini bar, safety deposit box, LCD or plasma TVs, hi-fi DVD surround systems, super silent split-type air conditioning, LAN and WIFI internet access, maid service, and backup generator. There is a new modern built-in kitchen at the back of the houses. A crib is available upon request.

SLATE HOUSE

The upper floor is one big room (50 sqm) with a bathroom, a sleeping and living area. The room opens with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to a veranda with a breath-taking view of the White Beach. This room has a warm Asian-inspired motif, which matches well with the gleaming ultra-modern fixtures from Europe. Amenities include a bathroom and toilet, mini bar, safety deposit box, LCD or plasma TVs, hi-fi DVD surround systems, super silent split-type air conditioning, LAN and WIFI internet access, maid service, and backup generator. *bMode / Alvarado – (2-room apartment) – Garden Front Rooms

Capacity: 4 pax ( includes breakfast for 4 )

Two-bedroom apartment can be rented as two units or one unit. The connecting door can be closed on either side. Each room has sliding doors opening directly to the garden on the beach. The design and colors of the rooms are warm and friendly, making the ideal for families with children. Couples may also rent the rooms. Amenities include a bathroom and toilet, mini bar, safety deposit box, LCD or plasma TVs, hi-fi DVD surround systems, super silent split-type air conditioning, LAN and WIFI internet access, maid service, and backup generator. ANITO HOUSE

The room on the second floor is a loft-type apartment with a king-sized bed, a living area with two sofa beds, a dining table that can accommodate 12 guests, and a bathroom. Huge windows let in light as well as add elegance to the room: one clear glass window reaches up the ceiling by the wall beside the stairs and another, stained-glass, is beside the bathroom door. The bathroom door itself is camouflaged by the wall’s cobbled-stone design. Overall, Zen Room’s clean and modern lines encourage peace and relaxation after a full day out on the beach. The place is also ideal for entertaining friends. A vision inside and outside. Asian pieces accent this thoroughly modern space on the third floor. Its sleeping area and Jacuzzi overlook the White Beach and enjoys spectacular natural lighting each sunset. It comes with a big desk, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a separate shower area and toilet. The guest who would like to do some work in the laidback ambiance of Boracay Beach Houses may wish to select this room. Its roof deck offers exhilarating panoramic views of the beach, Boracay, and the islands across the sea.
