Some friends recently traveled there, it’s a beautiful place. That resort has got to be the best place on the island from the stories and photos I’ve seen. You might be interested to know that instead of the long trip to Balingoan, there is a faster and hassle free boat that you can take straight from cdo. I think it costs 400 for regular with option for ac or open air and 600 biz class. It might be linked to the resort as it bears the name “Paras Sea Cat.” A really nice boat that is well maintained.
It’d save me the 2 hour driving hassle to and from riding that crappy ferry at Balingoan.
I can’t wait to check that place out!

A very nice itinerary to see the many sights and sounds of Cagayan de Oro. I must recommend to try out the whitewater rafting adventure, a whole day of fun-filled adventure full of thrills and awesome view that nature has to offer.
