The Kapuso musical variety show registered a 12.3% TV rating among Mega Manila households while The Kapamilya counterpart recorded 11.4%, less than 1% lower. The question now is, will it continue or is it a one-time phenomenon?
Meanwhile, ABS-CBN teleserye Habang May Buhay topbilled by Judy Ann Santos and Gladys Reyes ended on top on Friday, May 14, 2010. The Kapamilya nurserye’s finale scored 28.6%, higher than Diva‘s 27.2%.

nako naniniwala naman kau sa agb neilsen eh close tied sila sa gma network so obviosly papaboran ng company ang gma… im a tv reviewer and i studied this case….
wen we speak about ratings… TNS ang tgnan nu kc its national and more credible because it is independent,,, actually TNS was used around the world… another case is abs cbn dominates vote polls in all websites at ang gma ay wala pang 10% of the totality tulad ng poll nla sa website na ito..
another is the comercials or rather the stars… alam nu b na mas mataas ang suweldo ng mga artista sa abs wala pa sa kalahati and scan the tv commercials obvious puro kapamilya stars also the cover of magazines, billboard and any forms of publication abs dominates it…
another is the music records…ano ba yan tatanongina pa ba..ABS
another big factor is the movie…. no doubt abs nanaman….
alam nu guys ang survey or rating is not a credible souce of truth just like politics… the best is to look around… pra san ba ang tv…pra maglaunch ng product or to publicize pra tangkilikin or simply for patronization…. eh kaninong stars, movies, albums and everything ang tinatangkili8k…… ano pa ba edi ABS CBN…

i wud like to thank evryone who commented and posted what they have observed…
my observations are:1, gma fans used to say pnalo na sila kya sila good 2, abs fans used to say we got the best so the best thing is abs got the best talents.well, everyone deserves his/her opinion however i agreed to romsky and i object to jek of mindanao. why? i am also from mindanao and the number 1 here is abs and jek is one of the hundred people who watched gma against the millions who watched abs.
party pilipinas has good talents and has new concepts but so sad to say the production and the show itself is boring and it seems to be very crowded parang nsa palengke or perya kanya kanyang gimik…ASAP is the a show the speaks of talents, best direction, best programming, and the only show reviewed that can compete international party shows….
id rather watched living asia channel than to watch party pilipinas though they have talents coz it made me realize that i am just watching amateur singing contest in the province.
kapuso fans wag po kayo magalit let us be honest that there are things na tlagang better that ur show have shown….

I DON’T BELIEVE IT.
Hmmm.. GMA really needs to do something with the lame acting of their talents. They should start investing on it para naman maganda ang mga drama series na pinapalabas nila. If we objectively examine, GMA shows are fond of either REMAKING and doing FANTASERYES. They do have a number of drama series, but the plots are such a cliche. Di mo pa napapanood, alam mo na ang mangyayari. GMA needs to hire new creative directors. Yung PARTY PILIPINAS, kulang pa sa buhay pero may improvement na rin. Kaso it still fails in comparison with ASAP XV. Ayun pag nanunuod ka ng ASAP parang gusto mo na ring makisaya eh, kasi party-feel talaga. Nakakatuwa panuorin ang mga host kasi kita mung enjoy na enjoy sila. Samantalng sa PARTY PILIPINAS, basa lang ng basa sa idiot board. Aside from that, they have to do something with the stage lighting. Wala kang makikitang club party na maliwanag. Apwera nlng kung birthday party yan. Eh hindi naman. Make your lights a little bit darker. Experiment on mixing good music. BOTTOMLINE: KAILANGAN TALAGA NG GMA TALENTS NG MATINDENG WORKSHOP — acting, dance, singing, scriptwriting, among others.
