Wowowee finally regained its force, climbing up to the no. 1 spot, dethroning its fellow kapamilya show Showtime. Wowowee posted a 16.2% TV rating, enough to secure the top spot away from Precious Hearts Romances: Impostor with 15.9% rating (no. 2 spot) and Showtime and Rosalka with both shows getting 14.2%. Other daytime shows like Langit sa Piling Mo from the Kapuso fences settled for the no. 4 spot with 13.9%. Sine Novela: Basahang Ginto and Gumapang ka sa Lusak got 11.1% and 11% respectively.
On the primetime arena Agua Bendita remains the most watched primetime show in the country with 39.5% rating, followed by the consistent no. 2 show Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo with 34.7%. TV Patrol World is in the third spot with 31.6%. Momay on the other hand outplayed Pilyang Kerubin and took over the no. 6 position with 22.8% while Pilyang Kerubin settled for the no. 7 spot with 22.6%.

I urge ABS-CBN & Willie Revillame na mag-usap and set some conditions in order to get WOWOWEE back to it’s glory days. Let’s admit it, WOWOWEE hasn’t been the same since Willie revolted against ABS-CBN (I thought it was very unprofessional and sort of childish)and eventually left the show. With Willie gone, WOWOWEE has lost its spark and the human drama created by Willie because of his unique personality and character.
ABS-CBN should set some tough conditions if they decide to bring Willie back to avoid another controversy. In return, idol Willie, can you please get your act together? You promised that you will never abandon and always be there for us. My aging parents dito sa Canada are so lonely when you left the show. Ikaw ang nag-rejuvinate sa kanilang enegry and when my Mom was diagnosed w/ Alzheimer last month, lalong nahirapan ang aking father. So please be true to your words and get your A$$ back to the show. WE NEED YOU.
