On the eve of its finale, Tayong Dalawa once again dominated the primetime race. It registered a 40.3% rating, beating its fellow Kapamilya rival and the former no. 1 May Bukas Pa. The Santino show managed to stay in the no. 2 position posting 37.7%, followed by TV Patrol World which slips to no. 3 with 36.7%. Katorse confidently occupies the no. 4 spot with a 3.3% lead against another Kapamliya... 

On its final week, Tayong Dalawa moved up to the peak as the most watched prime time program. The Kapamilya drama managed to get a TV rating of 38% and took over the no. 1 spot, besting out May Bukas Pa with 36.1%. Closing the top four were TV Patrol World with 36% on no. 3 and Katorse with 35.3% on no.4. Darna, on the other hand, succumbed to the powerhouse cast of Dahil May Isang Ikaw. Darna... 

Controversial TV host Willie Revillame’s return on ABS-CBN’s Wowowee seems to have been watched out for by many as the Kapamilya noontime variety show hit 32.3% yesterday, Monday, September 21, 2009, based on TNS national survey. Wowowee once again dominated the daytime game with a comfortable 5.7% lead over Kambal sa Uma. Eat Bulaga was only able to score 20.2%. Meanwhile, TV Patrol... 

After days of staying on the no. 2 spot, Wowowee finally regains it power as it surges back to the no. 1 spot with 23.7% switching places with Kambal sa Uma on no. 2 position with a TV rating of 23.2%. In the prime time programming, 2 Kapamilya shows tangled for the most watched primetime program. Tayong Dalawa and May Bukas Pa share the no. 1 spot with 39.2%. TV Patrol World on the other hand finishes... 

It seems like Tayong Dalawa can still be no. 1 among Mega Manila households after all. If its ratings continue to go up at this rate, the Kim-Gerald-Jake starrer can beat Darna before its finale seven episodes from now. Tayong Dalawa scored 35.6% yesterday,September 15, 2009 based on AGB-Nielsen. It’s probably the all-time high for the series, or even the highest that a Kapamilya teleserye... 

The difference 1% makes. May Bukas Pa loses almost 1% but the crown already slips. With a rating of 39.2%, the inspirational drama drops to the no. 2 position, paving way to Tayong Dalawa. The Kimerald teleserye embraces the top spot after registering 39.7%, 0.5% higher than May Bukas Pa. TV Patrol World, Katorse and Dahil May Isang Ikaw complete the top 5. Darna is still on the sixth spot. Meanwhile,... 

The unrelenting rain can take credit for the unusually high ratings of primetime programs of both Kapuso and Kapamilya networks. From the news programs to Dahil May Isang Ikaw and Adik Sa ‘Yo, ABS-CBN and GMA shows boast of 30 plus figures. 24 Oras garners 34.8% outperforming TV Patrol World with 30.1%. Rosalinda loses to Tayong Dalawa but it still managed to score 33.3%, a bit below Tayong... 

Let’s face it: If your early morning programs rate better than your late afternoon shows, then there really is a serious problem. That’s why ABS-CBN should really do something about its late afternoon block. Mega Manila seems to be not too happy with the Kapamilya Network’s offering if we base our assumptions on yesterday’s survey by AGB-Nielsen. Three of its afternoon series...
