Magkano ang Iyong Dangal made an impressive debut yesterday, landing on the no. 2 spot with an impressive TV rating of 18.2%. This made Showtime move down to no. 3 with 17.4% rating.
On its final week, PHR: My Cheating Heart is consistently in the Top 5, ranking fourth with 16.6%.
In the primetime race, May Bukas Pa, nearing its finale, continuously dominated the race, holding the no. 1 spot with 38.8% rating while Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo won’t budge in the no. 2 spot with 36.1%.

Showtime had been suspended for 20 days by MTRCB but its replacement Magpasikat managed to keep the momentum with its first episode last Tuesday, January 11, 2009 based on AGB-Nielsen Mega Manila ratings.
Magpasikat is basically a quite reformatted Showtime with the same hosts Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Kuya Kim Atienza, and Vice Ganda. What’s remarkable about it is that it was put together overnight, in just around 12 hours from suspension. Nagsimula sa Puso is finally back on its feet in the daytime race; it reclaimed the no. 2 spot with 18.8% pushing Showtime to the no. 3 spot with 17.4%
May Bukas Pa stole back the top spot in the primetime race, finally taking the throne from TV Patrol World, which was able to get 33.1%; May Bukas Pa scored 34.3%.

Daytime throne is still being occupied by Wowowee with 24.2%. Showtime and Nagsimula sa Puso share the no. 2 spot with 19.8%.
In the primetime race, May Bukas Pa steals the lead from TV Patrol World. The inspirational drama series grabs a 34.4% TV rating while TV Patrol World got a 33.9%, slipping down to no. 2 spot.
Dahil May Isang Ikaw is back on its feet again, reclaiming the no. 3 post with 33.2% while Pinoy Big Brother Double Up is down a notch with 31.4%.

Kapuso Network GMA7 is going to axe daytime talk show Sis anytime soon and for a good reason. The Carmina Villaroel-Gelli De Belen-Janice de Belen hosted show has not just declined in ratings but also gets murdered by its new rival Showtime hosted by Kuya Kim Atienza, Vhong Navarro, and Anne Curtis. In fact, the past three days, Showtime has been registering ratings that are almost triple that of Sis. On Wednesday alone, December 16, Sis scored 6.6% while Showtime 18.8%.

It seems like Pinoy Big brother Double Up’s reign is short-lived as Darna stole back the top spot last Wednesday, December 9, 2009, based on AGB-Nielsen Mega Manila survey. PBB Double Up scored 29.9% while Darna registered 32.7%.
Meanwhile, in the daytime arena, Eat Bulaga remains the Mega Manila ruler. But Showtime is at a close second with 20.2%, outperforming Wowowee, 18%.

Most of the Top 10 daytime programs are being occupied by Kapamilya shows. In fact, 9 out 11 programs are Kapamilya programs. Leading the pack is Wowowee with 23.9% followed by Showtime with 22.1% and Nagsimula sa Puso with 19.1%.
In the Top 10 Primetime Programs, Katorse suddenly falters and fell to no. 5 with 30.4% TV rating, while Lovers in Paris suddenly moves up and took the no. 3 spot with 30.4%. Darna scores 30.8% and now sits on the no. 4 spot.

Nagsimula sa Puso finally reclaimed the no. 2 spot again, registering a 19.4% TV rating beating Showtime which was able to get 18.8%. Showtime slid down to the no. 4 position. Eat Bulaga was also able to move up, occupying the no. 4 spot with 15.5%.

Showtime showed a good fight for the past few days as it consistently held the no. 2 spot with 19.3% TV rating, overtaking Nagsimula sa Puso which was able to get 18.8% (also a consistent no. 3).
While in the Prime time block, TV Patrol World was the overall winner with 36.5%. It ascended to no. 1, causing May Bukas Pa to move down to the no. 2 spot. The inspirational program was able to get 36.1%.

Competition in the daytime arena is heating up. Showtime suddenly breaks into the no. 2 with 18.6%, beating consistent no. 2 program Nagsimula sa Puso by 0.1%. Eat Bulaga, on the other hand, slips and loses staying power dipping to no. 5 with 15.8%.
Primetime showed no big surprises last Monday. Lovers in Paris was still struggling to maintain its position in the top 5. The show seems stuck at the no. 5 position with 29.1%. Darna was having a steady flight with 29.6% TV rating, placing fourth.
